Cancellation
While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, to ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows adequate time to fill the appointment.
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee, as it is challenging to fill the appointment on such short notice.
